Hear ye! Hear ye! Just like Leah has the craftster challenge every month, I decided that since it is in the thick of things in the gardening realm, we should have a gardening contest.

Post pictures of your softball sized tomatoes, your roses that are more delicate than tissue paper, your jungle in a container garden, or if your like me, your slug eated cauliflower..... (hey, I never said I was GOOD at gardening Wink) We will vote for the winners in a poll so its nice and fair.

To submit, start a new topic with the title some how letting everyone know it is for the contest. On the 12th, I will compile all of the entries into a poll for everyone to vote on.

In return, the winner will get this awesome package that I am slowly building up:

Gayla over at yougrowgirl.com has very kindly and graciously donated a copy of her new book to the contest. Her website (yougrowgirl.com) is an excelent resource to all levels of gardners and I reccomend it highly!

Craftster buttons donated by Leah

Hell yeah, the awesomeness that is Sublime Stiching is donating some garnden-y embroidery patterns. It just doesnt get any cooler than this ladies and gents.

I will also be donating some garden related things that I will be making, so check back here often for some more prizes to be added. Let the weeding begin!

*SIGNUPS ARE FROM 11 JULY-11 AUGUST*

Hey! That's awesome! I pay the most attention to my garden, cuz if I don't it'll die, so this will give craftsters like me an opportunity to show off something that I can do well!

You don't have to get it right the first time, just the last time.

Oh no, I just moved to a new blank backyard. Can I post pix of my bog garden from Gayla's book? Or pix of my lavender garden from my last house? Or my elaborate plans for the new garden?

LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL SWAP: I'm hoping for dinosaur-themed Xmas crackers, or other dinosaur Xmas items. I can make a Jayne Cobb hat, or many other things!
