I need smelling salts!  I need cold water thrown in my face!  I'm about to faint from all of these awesome tins!!  Clarity, your cherry blossom tin and allllllllll the goodies defy description.  They are stunning beyond words.  If you're keeping track at home, Clarity can 1) paint, 2) make rings, 3) make pendants, 4) design cards, and I'm sure plenty more.

The orange/cat tin is delightful--so playful!  It's amazing how the collage of cats is laid out so they are all so different but fit together so well.

Pirates and ninjas?  10-4, I dig 'em.  Loooooove the birds on spiraly wire!

Once they have been received, I can wrap this swap up,  then I will think about when to start round 2.  I think that it will be much later in the month.

Brilliant!  I already have 5 themes in mind for the next round!  (me?  anxious?)

thanks again and again, qazicat

I have been swamped with moving and packing for my work detail, so I haven't gotten to comment on each tin.  I am amazed at the talent and creativity!  I loved the turtle and the cherry blossoms.  The beach themes have been well done.  And my friend Joy nearly had a heart attack when she saw the swing dance tin.  All of the tins have been so RAD.   I have really enjoyed this swap!  I might not make the next round, but when I get back from Mammoth Cave I will definitely be looking for a round 4.  Thanks for a great swap!

Talk at you when I get back from Kentucky! Yeeeeeeeeeehaw!

WOW!  What a wonderful tin & goodies you sent!  Shocked
You stuffed so much into that little tin... I love it!  I especially like the mirror & little book.  The circular quotes are great too... did you print them or handwrite them like that?  They look like lyrics... so neat!

I can't find it in these photos, but I think I see it's lid in the offsite photo.  Is it Happy by Clinique?  I love that scent!  I haven't worn it in a few years... I think I will buy some right now Wink  *jealous*

the circular quotes were handwritten and yes! Happy by Clinique, you're right!  thanks, I enjoyed this swap, my first...

I've been having computer problems, so I'm a little late- sorry! Casslyra chose 2 of my themes- leopard print and pin up girls:

I received my package in the middle of a horrible heat wave, so the paper she wrapped around it got a little stuck. I got most of it off, but I still love my tin, papered or not!

The inside is collaged with itty bitty pin up girls- cute!

She stuffed mini playing cards, pen, address book and lipglosses inside. It's all very cute. Thanks again, casslyra. It's all beautiful!

Someone has asked when sign ups for the next round will start.  At this stage I am thinking the beginning of October.  Sounds like a long time but it isn't really.  So make sure you leave room for the next round in your 'in progress' swaps.  At the moment I am trying to get round 2 all finished up.  There are still 2 tins outstanding, but hopefully aren't to far away.

I am going overseas on holiday for the last 2 weeks of September.  I also need to finish up crafting some items for some other swaps that I am in before I go away.  I don't really want to start something else until I get back from holidays.  Also I have every intention of swapping in the next round and I won't be able to take my craft stash with me on my holiday.

Anyway,  I will post a link in the gallery to the sign ups when I open them.
