Here is Mub's great tin that she sent me, I love the trademark crocheted bracelet crafted especially for me!

Holy smokes, that Goth tin is kick a$$!  Love the beaded cross tin, too.  What's not to love in this swap?!

Sorry I can't be an angel, I haven't managed to lay my hands on another suitable tin .. yet but off topic/
Woo, i just found my first altoid tin!!  - don't laugh! - I live in the country where they make the little blighters but I can't buy them here - how daft is that?!

I asked my mum if she had any old buttons she didn't want because I want to have a go at making a tote with some on.  Yesterday she turned up with a big tin of buttons and in there was a small tin, I couldn't read what it had on the lid because someone had stuck a paracetamol label on the front, which was really cute... but being able to read '...ids' i couldn't help but peel the label off and there was my first and probably last British sold altoid tin, i've no idea how old it is, when I opened it up it was full of button's from shoes, old clothes buttons and even what looks to be a Roman coin Grin

Sorry if I've bored you all but I just can't resist little old treasures, this is certainly one little tin I won't be decorating! -Good ol' mum for hoarding!!

Oh Ruby Tuesday that tin is so lovely!  I was really worried there for a sec thinking you were going to alter it!!!!!  Think about how long it takes to make a tin look old and antique.  PHEW I'm glad you're keeping it the way it is, it's a treasure.  And how funny is it that you can't get Altoids in tin in the UK?

Where do I begin?  RubyTuesday, that vintage Altoids tin is a priceless treasure!!!  Hang onto it for dear life, lest I fly across the pond and snatch it!  The red tin is oh so wonderful.  The beaded bow is gorgeous.  Bravo, everyone!
