haha, these were so fun and funny to make!  the images I used are either clipart or a dingbat font I have on my computer.  I printed them out big on paper and then put the shrinky plastic on top so I could trace the image with permanent marker.  I tried to find the brand of shrinky dink that you can just shoot through the printer (that would have been SO much easier), but alas I don't think they sell it in my area.

 Cheesy
those are SO cute!

I got some shrinky dinks about a week ago and made a lot of necklaces and earrings with them.
i never would have thought of hair pins.

and i too wondered where they would sell shrinky dinks you just run through the printer...

You can get that font for free on here, along with lots of other crazy wingding fonts.

I've heard that putting baby powder on the shrinky dinks helps them from sticking when they curl up.  I haven't tried shrinky dinks yet, does the talc trick just work for a heat gun or in the oven too?

I have gotten the ones that go in the printer at the local craft store along with the ones that you draw on.
