It looks really beautiful, hoontan.  I can't wait until I'm on my 7th ball.  I'm still on my first.

Hi everyone! I really really want to make this and have been eyeing the Noro but I'm afraid that it will be to scratchy and itchy I would love something sooooooft!

anyone have any suggestions?

Those using The Noro what do you think?

I have finished the knitting part of the lady E., now I just have to make up my mind if I want to finish the ends up like the original design or with tassels. What do you guys think?

Huvi: I do not think the Silk Garden is that bad, especially if you wear it as a stole.

I really enjoy knitting with Noro Silk Garden.  I think it will be softer once I block Lady Eleanor (whenever that may be Roll Eyes)  The colorways are amazing, too.

I'm in too. I've knitted two Clapotii in the last 6 weeks, but I am a masochist, so here we go again...
It's in noro kureyon something, it took almost as long to chose the colour as it will take to knit it. (I'm in New Zealand where we make sheep but not wool). So I've never seen any of these gorgeous yarns in person, only on screen. I'm chuffed with my choice though - it will be done just in time for the end of winter here, ha ha!

This is about 3 balls, I've bought 10, just to be safe...

that looks great, thunderlora - it looks like noro kureyon 124 to me

i started mine in kureyon 148 and just wasn't loving the colors (browns, olives, rust and a hint of purple and pink)

so i put that aside and restarted one with noro kureyon 153 - the colors are much more "me" (purples, teal, bright green) - i am a little afraid that it will start to look like Joseph's Technicolor Dreamcoat, though
