Why am I sticky & naked? Did I miss something fun?

I was driving with my sister the other day and she pointed out what can be best described as a graveyard for gas station logo signs. It made me think of doing light boxes for my boytoy's room.

Ok, so maybe I'm a delinquent and own more ill-gotten "employees must wash hands" signs than anyone should, but i think a swap based on making things from things that get "found" would be cute.

however, I can't run the swap myself, so if someone were to be interested, have at it.

I like the idea of this one a lot, using found items.  I would extend it to include items we normally think of as 'disposable' or not of value...

Some ideas:
-paperclips/nails/pop tabs
-containers (altoids/baby food jars, formula cans, chapstick etc)
-old silverware/broken toys
-mini stuff: buttons, straws, fortunes, keys, thumbtacks,
-packaging materials (bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, plastic bags)
-old credit cards
-broken electronics
-newspaper and magazines
-plastic hangers from the store or drycleaners
-fabric scraps
-wrapping supplies (old cards, tissue paper, ribbon, gift boxes)

This one has LOTS of potential!

Of course, regular craft supplies would be okay to use:
-paint/glue/tape/thread, etc.

This one is good 'cause the only thing you would need to spend $ on is shipping!
I am IN!
