I'm a knitter, and in order to make a chart for knitting in knitpro, you need a stencil-type picture (at least for the project I want to make since it'll be my first intarsia attempt).  It has to be fairly large (at least 300x300 pixels or larger) and have no grey spots.  This pic of Grissom ( http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=36150.0 ) is absolutely perfect for this.

This is my first time trying to make a stencil pic, and I have been trying and horribly failing at making Bob Barker (The Price is Right - I'm gonna try to craft my way onto the show).  I've read 2 different Photoshop tutorials and tried a bunch of different pics, but they all either come out grainy, way too shadowy on his face, or his head disappears because his hair is white.  The newbie posts haven't helped either Sad

All I want is a good quality stencil pic of Bob Barker, facing forward, moderately large, that looks like the Grissom stencil in quality.  Not too much black, not too much white, clean lines.  Can anyone help me?  Suggestions?  Anything?  There are pics of him here: http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=bob+barker&btnG=Search and here: http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=the+price+is+right&btnG=Search

Thank you for any help you can give!
