BeginnerKnitter, how many skeins of Shine Sport did you use?  I will be frogging an ugly baby sweater (it needs to be put out of its misery), so will have some Shine Sport available.  I really like how yours looks.  Great color choice!

Vasetthi--

I used just over 5 skeins for the 34" (though I wasted a lot leaving very long ends because I knew I woudn't need all of it). I ordered way too much and I still have two skeins left over. Not sure what to do with that!

Anyway, good luck! It's such a nice yarn, isn't it?

Try to remember. It's only a game.

So I've finished the front and back, and joined them together with the 3 needle bind-off, and now I'm having doubts about the length. It's a little shorter than I'd like. I was actually surprised because I have a freakishly short torso. Decisions, decisions...

I've been staying away from my sizzle and even this board after finishing mine a few weeks ago.  I'm just so frustrated with it.  Caribou, mine came out shorter than I expected, too.  and I had my usual fitting-in-the-bust-but-too-big-around-the-belly problem again.  ugh.  I'm tired of sweaters.

I started mine a week ago, then realized I made a mistake in size- I was knitting the smallest size, not the next smallest size! Waaaaaay different sizes! So I restarted it last night and am an inch in. I'm knitting it to go over a t-shirt in Debbie Bliss Aran Tweed in color 20010 - a grayish cream with flecks of blue, gray, and yellow.

I lengthened mine about 6". There's a tute on my blog to lengthen it without frogging if you're wanting to fix it. It was worth it for me, meant the difference between "meh" and "I LOVE THIS".

Snowwhitesuicide, is the Merino Style itchy at all? I've never used it before, but was thinking about it. Also, were you able to use the size 7 needles, or did you have to adjust? Your top looks awesome, btw!

I used size 7 addi's. I didn't swatch (I never do...don't tell anyone) but it fits great. Could have been a LITTLE more snug but I'm happy. The yarn isn't itchy on me at all, it's really soft.
