Right here in the middle of summer is the perfect time to start a Sizzle Kal.  Knit and Tonic has just released the Sizzle pattern.  Who would like to join me in a KAL for this sexy little summer top??

I like your yarn.  I'm thinking of usiing the allspice color.  do you think it will be to warm though??  That is the only thing I am concerned about.  I live down in the south and it gets pretty warm down here.  Is wool ok for a summer top???

I'm in -- bought the pattern yesterday.  I'm planning to use some green-blue DB cathay from another project I'm going to rip out.

I don't think it will be, at least for me.  I live in Texas myself.  But it's a sleeveless top, so it can't be too warm, right?  And then there's the over-air conditioning found in every building..  I plan on wearing this in fall, so I think it will be ok.

I'm holding some KP shine sport right now, and I'll bet that comes closer to the right gauge than shine worsted does.  (I've also been knitting another top with that lately.  I'm going summer top crazy!)

Great that is what i'm gonna order then.  I just finished my first sweater which was Wendy's Somewhat Cowl and Since then I have decided to take on three more.  I never knit more than one thing at a time, but even as a sit here I am picturing my stash at home and what I can do with it when I get there.  By the end of this weekend I will have like 50 projects going!!!
