Oh my gosh. This is one of those projects my boyfriend looks at and then accuses me of not loving him because I didn't make something like that for him. We have an Army of Darkness poster framed in our bedroom. Most awesome.

My friends and I celebrate Ash Wednesday every year with a Bruce Campbell movie marathon.  Nothing like shotguns and chainsaws to make you feel religious.  Wink

Bruce Campbell rocks my world! I got to meet him last summer in Alaska. *swoon*

Umm... details?  Photos?  Wink

Book signing and screening of Man With the Screaming Brain. We talked about he lives in Oregon too. I got totally flustered and had to hold back to keep from professing my undying love for him. http://www.flickr.com/photos/thebon/39886958/in/set-897453/

Very cool!  I actually read an interview with him and his wife in Real Simple magazine - I think it was the 2nd or 3rd issue.  It was actually more about his wife, who's some kind of designer, and then it mentioned that she was married to an actor named Bruce.  On page 2, there's a picture, and I'm thinking - OMG - that's Bruce Campbell!  Of course, her last name isn't Campbell, and apparently they didn't think he was such a big deal.
ANYWAY, the whole article was about their lavender farm in Oregon, which looks amazing.  How funny that you went all the way to Alaska to meet him!  Smiley

Actually I didn't go to Alaska to meet him, I was in Alaska for 3 months working an internship and he happened to be there just before I came back to Oregon.

Again, the sock-Ash rocks!

I guess I meant it more... How funny that you didn't meet him until you were both so far away from home!  but it just didn't come out that way.

And yes, back on topic -

Ash Monkey is GROOVY!  Workshed!
