So my boyfriend had shirts one size too big & didn't know what to do with them. Since he loved what was on it I decided I could make something out of them & I did.

I made two pillows.  One is of Opeth and the other of Dream Theater.  It's a bit hard to work with cotton material, well in my opinion, but I still liked the way they came out.

What do you guys think?

I need you more than you can know and if I hurt myself it's just for show. I found a better way to curb the pain. You put a trigger here inside my brain.

Wow very nice indeed! I especially like the Opeth pillow, perhaps its because I like the band...but I also really like the front graphic. That's a great idea for shirts that are too big, well done!

I like those very much! I'm going to bookmark this because I have a couple t-shirts that also have big picture in them. Too big for a bag and I really don't need blankets. But I like pillows! Smiley

Well we're thinking of making them & selling them but wouldn't that be like illegal since it's copyrighted material?

i just recently got my first sewing machine and have been churning out pillows from old t-shirts constantly. i haven't thought about selling them at all, but they are perfect for the holidays - they're useful, fun, relatively simple, and inexpensive. just find tshirts that are right for your friends and you're golden! vintage stores have a lot of great classics if you run out of your own.

the hardest part is finding the shirt to match the person.
