I just need to say a few things here... I just showed my husband the pics that bubba*tink took - he wanted to know what kind of camera you are using..

and he said (probably in honor of Who Wants to be a Super Hero that was on last night) that she needs to be a super hero - Knit Woman - and the catch phrase?  I'll spin you a yarn!  okay.. now he is going a little too nuts - he said "and I'll tie you in knots!"  I am knit girl.. master of threads..."

Yes, If I didn't know he was turning 40 this November I would swear I married a 16 year old...
He really enjoyed the pics...as you can tell!

man we are some interesting people.  lol

i love all you crazy ladies!  It makes my life much more exciting!  I love to have my own inside joke in real life (no one else I know personally is on Craftster)

same here. course at this point I feel like I do know quite a few of you! Wink

i only know of one other person in real life on craftster...and i convinced her to join.  o.O

but i have gotten to know a lot of yall over emails and such.  its fun!  i love talking to everyone here.  yall are just too interesting and i feel like you  understand the need to be crafty.  most of my friends are like "you're 19...you should be getting drunk!  not crocheting or sewing!"  its frustrating!

^^

BTW, did you know you can shrink shrinkydinks with a heat gun?  no need to use the oven!  haha

I think MonkeyGirl is to funny.,. climbing up that tree to change into her outfit.  That was sooo funny.  I wish that Stan Lee booted off that psycho guy - I would have booted him off just because he was laughing when Stan was talking about that short guy that ultimately got booted.

Yeah, much more entertaining than most things on tv - especially for us superhero lovers!

I am Knit Woman!  See me purl!

how can I control anyone, when you'll be right behind me stirring up trouble? Cheesy

when I used to teach, my classroom management consisted almost exclusively of Stern Looks, which somehow don't translate on the internet. Think Leah would provide a suitable smiley for that?

Okay.  I need to finish up some foc things.. work on the baby things for bhean - I am thinking she might need to get an amigurumi.  I know the sweater took a bit to make but the package looks so.. so.. skimpy so I might be a day or two late in sending just so I can pad the package...must... put.... more... in... the... mailing package.....

You know I have told you before that you are a crazy woman!  Bu tI know that I can't help myself and cram more things into packages...But don't go too wild!

You know I do try to fill a box or mailer to its capacity.  Empty space is not good space... ha ha ha..

and yes, I am secretly trying to clear out my stash - you guys have no idea.... really.  no idea.

Maybe I will send someone a blanket in a box... I will machine knit up the panels and include enough yarn for them to be joined and edged... then they can do with them as they please..only colors available in the stash will be accepted !  I guess that only works for someone who crochets or knits.. since they would have to do the edging and the joining of the panels...

bhean - I don't have much in the mailer for you yet - that sweater and like 5 or 6 pairs of socks - okay, only one pair is packed up - the rest are still wet... dry already!  I am going to control myself and only make one more item - but I think that the baby will love it so you are going to get it... no matter what you tell me...  It won't take but an hour or two to craft up - so it is no biggie.

You guys should know by now that no matter how much you beg I will just have to keep stuffing that package until I think it looks as impressive as I can make it.  The craft supplies - your problem now, not mine!!! ; Grin
