Mr. Rogers is someone i truly admire and love,
i still watch his show and i know many of you do too. thats why i made a Mr.Rogers sock monkey complete with his red sweater.

I absolutely love Mr. Rogers, and I totally think that he, and your sock monkey, rock!  It's amazing how well sock monkeys can capture certain personalities.  Great job! I'm going to go watch my Mr. Rogers documentary DVD now, since I'm all inspired and nostalgic - did you know Michael Keaton was the original Picture Picture operator?

Wow - that's so great!  I'm from Pittsburgh, where Mr. Roger's show was taped and where he lived (well, near here).  In fact, I met Mr McFeely about 2 months ago.  He is super nice and signed a photo for my son, who is 2 and doesn't even watch Mr. Rogers yet.  But I got it anyway for when he does.  Mr McFeely's daughter graduated from my high school so we had a signed photo of him hanging in the Television Studio.

Awww . . . Mr. Rogers!!  I miss him so much.  I hope they continue reruns of his show so that someday my kids can learn to be good neighbors, too.  Kudos on picking a rockin' person to immortalize in a rockin' sock monkey!
