i made it with caron simply soft brites! since i wasn't really sure that sweater vests are a look that i can pull off. i'm still not sure... but i like it anyway!

I really like the squarish neckline and the color.  If I could knit anything other than scarves I would knit something like that.  It is really pretty.

i was thinking of doing this pattern in caron simply soft. did you just follow the pattern the same or did you have to change your needle size?

neonbluehearts - I obsessively checked my guage a few times, but i didn't end up having to change a thing. one thing to keep in mind though, and i don't know if this more because of the acrylic or the stitch pattern, this baby has no stretch. make sure you'll be happy with the size you're making before you make the whole thing. good luck! it's a fun quick knit!
