I like the journal art idea, but does everybody send out a doll so we dont just get one turn to do sumthing? And then we get our doll back? That would be really cool.

Exactly!  Each person sends a doll and a journal.  It makes it way to each person, finally returning to the original owner.

great link! I think that, according to the journals, they sent a round a box with each doll with fabrics and crafty bits to complete the doll with and inspire- or guide- the next recipient. Interesting idea, but it might limit everyone's creativity? what do you think about this?

edit: p.s., I wonder what they started out with? it sounds like they started out with only a head and torso or something, and others added more body party? hmmm....

The link that listed is good but the original (I think) has a book called The Art Doll Chronicles ,I've looked for a site but haven't had any luck. Have had the book show up in searches though. They didn't send any crafting materials with theirs and I think it is better no to.  I can hardly wait!

I contacted Lia a couple of days ago, but haven't heard anythign yet.  Maybe she will be moving it soon.  Sorry for the confusion. 

The doll/journal swap is closed.  The straight doll swap (doll only) is open.
