okay kids,
sorry to stall the swap.  Undecided right now i can't upload any more photos to my flickr account, but i added one more thing to my "backwards swap" set.

they are mini card wallets, similar to the ones at copacetique like this:
http://www.copacetique.com/ckshop.php?item=2483&ret=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.copacetique.com%2Fckshop.php%3Fpage%3D1%26category%3D255&PHPSESSID=6d267fb76e0da9c2d1ce8418e3b28132

hope that helps!

here's the link again

I got it out of the package and my daughter said..."but mom you can make your own purse, so she had to be sending this one to me!"
So i promised that I would either make her a bag soon or let her see the next ones that show up on this swap  Wink

Hey! My poodle arrived this morning - super super SUPER fast post or what??!!!

Oh, the mystries of the postal system!

Anyway.  Poodle hasn't been named yet, but she is sitting here  all cute and fresh scented. This isn't really a "gallery" type swap, is it? - Seeing as you've seen her here already!

So, thank you very much, Hookin Flamingo!  (ps - is she designed to be used? - like do you do wet her and rub her between your hands?)

 Kiss x

PS just checked and saw that this was posted 4 DAYS AGO from the US to the UK.  Hookin Flamingo - did you use the US Postal System "Time Warp" service???

She is more just for looks..I have one sitting in my guest bath room near the window and you can smell it when you walk into the room.
And I use the US postal system alright but, I am not sure about a "time warp" service.  Cheesy
There are times when they are fast like this and then there are times when they take FOR EVER...I guess we were just lucky this time.

Maybe there should be a gallery of the items we recieve in use.
We have seen them displayed for trade here...maybe the gallery could be the item being used by its new owner  Wink

a few quick notes..
please check that your feedback is correct in your profile.

please check that page 1 is correct with receiving info. - if it is not noted that you have received something, please let me know.  If you are *late* in receiving something, let me know.

would anyone like to organize or coorganize for August?

ptarmic wumpus - is there anything that I can make or send you as a thank you for starting the swap off?  It is always difficult to be the first one - especially in a swap that is linear like this one.  I am thinking of ways to revamp for the future - and to allow for more people to sign up - like having an actual sign up/crafting period then posting the pics and having each person only be able to send out 3 things and receive 3 things - and having a viewing period then a selection process of some sort.

last note... kr8kre8s has some great loot up....

woo hoo! i claim HookingFlamingo for the handspun yarn!

this is my first claim.

my stuff is in a flickr set here:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/54469047@N00/sets/72157594206892465/

i had to group stuff together, so pm me if you have any questions (i'm away 4 the weekend tho'!) or just let me know which one you'd like.
