vaseline is good for removing makeup-like waterproof mascara.

I had a pair of boots that would not stop squeaking whenever I walked (it made being a ninja very, very difficult  Angry) and rubbing some Vaseline where it creased when I arched my foot made it stop being so squeaky. Now I'm the best ninja in the land!

Okay, maybe not the land...more like just my neighborhood. Embarrassed

Oh, also I use a tiiiiny bit to tame my wild eyebrows. I blame my mother for them. Whenever I wake up it's just ghastly.

when your hairs are "flyaway" (i hope that's the term in english too), you can put a little vaseline on your hands and run them over your hair (don't touch it though)

Sneak up on the kids in the winter when they are sleeping and rub it on their chapped lips.  The lips will be healed in the morning because they won't have the chance to wipe it or eat it off.

I know! It has this weird rubbery smell or something. I use one with aloe vera that have the same amazing healing powers (and other powers  Cheesy) but smells better, but there's just something special with the original smell.

I'm a swimmer and I use fins as a training tool sometimes, but they give me the worst blisters.  If I rub a little bit of vaseline on the rubby parts though, no blisters, and my toes don't cramp either, cause my feet can move around more.

If you don't like the taste of vaseline for your lips (even though it's excellent for keeping in moisture), you can try Eucerin's Aquaphor.....  it's vaguely like vaseline, except slightly thicker and in a tube.  In the winter it is GLUED to my hand so I can put it on my lips and the little try spots on my fingers all the time.  Also I sometimes get cold sores when I'm sick and if you get them you KNOW they are so painful (shooting your lip off with a gun seems like a better option).  I usually have a prescription for healing them, but I was in a bind with no medication and a monster cold sore once, and I just kept on putting on the aquaphor whenever I could feel my lip, and it made it feel muuuuuuch better.  It seems like there are 2 schools of thought on cold sores.... dry them out or just baby them till they go away.  I prefer babying- it hurts a LOT less!

I like the idea of "sneaking up on the kids"... my little bro gets really chapped lips, so that might be a good trick for him.

one word...
ANAL

When I saw the topic title, that was the first thing I thought of.  Not anal in specific but it certainly made me giggle.

I mostly use it for when I dye my hair as well.

I also put it on my tattoo, I dont really know why.  I saw someone else do it so I figured there had to be a reason.

Other than that, I dont really use it all that often.
