this idea was inspired by the singles swap for those of us who are temporarily alone.   it could be anything from little reminders, to pampering kits, to shrines (although that may be kinda creepy.. Cheesy ).  anyway, the purpose would be to make the separation a little more bareable.
any ideas?

oh yeah...sorry, this is kinda cryptic.  this would be for those of us who are in long distance relationships.  either from military service, or frequent buisness trips, a mission, or a trip, or anything.

I had an idea today for a long distance relationship swap. It's similar to your idea, but including stuff that is geared towards the other person in the relationship as well.

Ideas for swap items:
Craft kits designed for the couple to do together during a visit (I got this idea because I'm in DIY kit swap 6 and I'm saving all of my kits to do with my boyfriend).
Postcards/stationary.
Photo albums/memory journals.
Picture frames.

Is there still interest in something like this?

I'll do it eventually if no one else does. :-D  I need to finish the swaps I'm in and get a grip on my life first, though.
