I love to look at paint swatches because they come in so many colors and thats a great way to display the ones your not using!

That looks fab! We did the same thing wth our kitchen bench a while ago. But whatever you do, don't use a decoupage technique unless you test the paint chips first. The paint chips that we used had some kind of plastic film on them and they all bubbled up and refused to stick properly. Erghghgh. We ended up pulling it all off and using origami paper squares instead. Luckily they look great!
