Sooooooooo......

I've been making these for about a year and a half, and with the recent swap (that I sadly could not participate in!) it dawned on me that maybe I should share! The darth maul pony is my fave that I've seen on here so far!

So, here they are - they are made from various things, sculpy, apoxie sculpt, flatback crystals, craft wire, and katsilk hair - the re-hairing took FOREVER on the large one. But I think it was worth it! I hope you all like them, I will be trying my hand at selling them on eBay, if I get the courage up to do so....

Oh no!!  I got teary-eyed seeing the post of the Teeny Super Guy, then I remembered that 80's toys swap thing, then I started getting nostalgic and then I came across this.  I thought how cute and started remembering their first time around.  Then I clicked to see She-ra thinking I would see She-ra...You killed me...I wanted to laugh I wanted to cry...I would've never imagined.  I gotta give you props cause...that's just too cute.

I never have an idle day,
New ideas come my way.
Don't know yet what I'll create,
But my imagination's great!

Thank-you for the nice comments, it gave me a warm fuzzy for the afternoon!

The wings are made out of sculpey and apoxie sculpt - I made basic wing 'forms' out of the sculpey and then used the apoxie sculpt to make the feathers one by one. Apoxie sculpt is finicky to work with because it is so sticky, but I love it to pieces! And superstitch, I am forever saying that as well, I know my first few customs were nothing I was happy with. Don't be so hard on yourself Smiley

I have a few more half finished ones in the works, including what I like to call 'baby emo-heart', a baby punk pony, Rainbow Brite the pony (adult sized) and a few others!

Now the wintertime is coming,
The windows are filled with frost.
I went to tell everybody,
But I could not get across.
Well, I wanna be your lover, baby,
I don't wanna be your boss.
Don't say I never warned you
When your train gets lost.
