Okay, Wish list

-Anything from my ever growing wists list http://www.wists.com/simplyfussfree

-http://www.etsy.com/view_item_sold_anon.php?listing_id=222408&transaction_id=66405  So so cute.

-A shirt in this style: http://206.188.208.31/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=94 in a different fabric. A brown. Or one with itty bitty flowers. Stereoette chose me for this but I could always use shirts and it's very up for your interpetation so they'd be different. Or some other sewn top maybe.

-This bag: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=91768.0. Colors and everything are perfect.

-Handknit socks ( maybe black with a little red heart somewhere on them or avocado green )

-My sister's a writer and I'd love something for her. Maybe something with a vintage picture of a girl writing. A slide necklace may be cool. Ptarmic Wumpus is already making her a bag! If someone picks this, I'll PM you some stuff about her likes to help give you some ideas.

-DIY spinning kit. Pretty Please!

-DIY sewn bookbinding kit ( I can do hardcover glue ones and really want to learn some book binding stitches )

-DIY resin kit ( I have the scary potions and whatever, but directions, maybe molds, tips, would all be very appreciated )

To anyone who chooses to craft for me, thanks loads in advance!

About me: I live in Los Angeles. I just came home from living with my lovely boyfriend in England and miss him very much. My name is Jana, I just turned 26 years old in late May. I like green <3 ( foresty/avacado-y ), and browns. I'm obsessed with travelling and with Romania, Russia, and Poland. I like Victorian looking things, forest themed things, Hansel and Gretal, things with trees on them, birds, ferns, bikes, and nesting dolls. I don't like: metallics, fun fur, yarn with a sheen ( like simplysoft ), when people clip their nails around me, and when people clap at the end of movies

I make clothes and purses. I also make rings out of beads and wire, and necklaces from seed beads and charms. Recently Ive been making a ton of shrinky dink things. I love skulls, hearts, stars, clovers, rockets, tattoo birds, anchors and basically anything! I love colors. I really like pandas and rabbits, but I think all animals/creatures are wonderful. I am currently in love with zebra print! Cant get enough of it!

I'll claim roxybadoxy for fabric and a surprise Smiley

I'm in NY. This is my first wish.

My wishlist:

1- Amy Butler type of fabric- actually any type of fabric you have- preferably about a yard long. You can check out my wists for an idea of what I like.

2- A bag like this:

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=31017.0

3- Felt bead necklace like the purple one in the link below.
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=21330.0

4- A painting inspired by Monet to dress up my bedroom.

5- A diy kit for sewing a specific project that you are good at. I'm a beginner sewer and I work well with patterns but I would love to learn some new projects. For example: If you're good at making Jordy bags or a certain type of skirt than you could send me a picture filled tutorial and some materials to aid me. I can make a lot of basic things so I would love learning something with more difficulty. If you need me to be clearer you can PM me.

6- A wallet made of some big bold flower fabric [not paisley flower like] Pretty please!
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=87323.0
The fabric and style is perfect.

7-- DIY stencil kit or Grow an Herb/Vegetable Garden. I'm loving the kits that you guys put together- every one I've gotten has been incredibly amazing! I just got an awesome tomato kit from lafemmefatale and now I want more like this!! Hehe. Thank you so much hertrigger!!!

8- A knitted headband like this one:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=74104.0
I love the colors used in it too.

9- I love everything about this orange clutch:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=77766.0

10- Any Amy Butler patterns that you have [with all pattern pieces and directions, please]

11- Anything on my wists        Grin

12- Any Japanese craft books or magazines.

13- A handmade big calendar. I've been staring at the December page for too long. I've been meaning to buy one but I can't find one I like.  Something bright and preppy.

14- A L pink tshirt for my boyfriend that says: My girlfriend went to New Hampshire and all I got was this shirt.

15- Me and My Big Ideas 12 X 12 cardstock for scrapbooking and such. I have examples of ones I like in my wist.

16- A kit to motivate me to be more healthy and a kit to cheer me up since I'm stuck in a long-distance relationship. Lafemmefatale gave me such awesome stuff for this but you can never have enough things to cheer you up  Cheesy and shes gotten me addicted to these kits. Hehe.

17- Crafty magazines and/or project tutorials. I would like to organize all of my projects and anything that I can hole punch and stick in a binder would be great. Anything besides knitting would be great  Smiley

About me: I'm 22 and I'm going for my masters in early education. I work at a daycare center in a classroom filled with four year olds. I love to knit [beginner], crochet, cook, and sew. I want to broaden my crafting horizons though so I want to learn some new things. I love dark gem-like colors, especially blues, plums, and reds.  I'm a simple girly-girl. I think this picture best sums up my style: http://static.flickr.com/31/63660763_ae87a69fec.jpg?v=0

Thank you for reading my list      Grin

I'm pretty sure I can get a breast cancer stamp, so I'm going to make a slide pendant necklace for Hertrigger's Mum- from her wists.
Can you let me know the length she might like it?

I'm in somewhat chilly, northern California
- Anything from my wists- apparently I love bandwagons  http://www.wists.com/Bobolink
- Something you crafted with the theme of one of these two animals which are in my life making me super happy right now. Sea otters, which I keep seeing now that I live in Santa Cruz or California quail, a pair just started coming to my feeder which makes me SO HAPPY.
- Something to help me feed the birds, squirrels. I already have feeders, so I probably don't really need anything, but this is giving me so much pleasure right now so something to add to it would be fab.
- So I got a swap journal from Dontlookback which I ADORE, but I would also love a swap organizer journal. I can let you know what categories I'd like in it.
- T-shirt with a stencil, screen-print or embroidery with a knitting, squid/jellyfish/octopus, bird or forest animal theme.
- how to screen print kit (serious long shot I know)/ or detailed stenciling kit
- a resin bracelet- or a how to resin kit
-shopping cats embroidery.. see my wist
- needle felting kit
-something with a crow stencil.. I like one where the crow is singing a heart (this is sort of targeted at knottiedotty  )
- A hoody (fitted with zipper) with any of my likes
- This is also a hard one, but I love me those meat soaps!
- Something needle felted. I love that technique! I ADORE the two by radal16 i hvae in my wists
-Any Jean Greenhowe pattern books- other than Bazaar knits.
-Bloomers
- I was looking at those "Life is good" baseball hates this weekend and totally wanting one, maybe one of you crafty folks can stencil or paint something cool onto a plain baseball cap for me? Soft hat please, I don't have any burning desire to look like a trucker  Smiley

About me: 28  year old grad student who spends way too much time on craftster at my desk, instead of where I should be- at my bench doing experiments. I love all animals and animal motifs. Owls and all birds, forest animals, cats etc.. Nature stuff and city artsy stuff too. I love all colors, but probably bright ones over pastels, but earthy ones are great too especially for a nature theme. I also prefer off colors to primaries- ie turquiose over navy blue. I love any old, vintage, retro and mod looking stuff and patterns- but I really like modern stuff too. I love old vintagy stuff like adds ie- fruit crate labels and pin ups. I love when prissy crafts are mixes with racy stuff ie an embroidered pin up- I think that really represents what us awesome craftsters are up to. I also love food stuff, sushi, meat, sweet stuff etc.. probably cause I love food! And I love japanese and mexicana stuff.

i claim bobolink for something needlefelted!  list in a moment.

the things i would most love to receive would be clothing items or craft supplies, because i am suddenly faced with a few thousand dollars worth of veterinary bills and so i really won't be able to give in to these two vices.  however, i will gladly receive just about anything Smiley thank you in advance for crafting for me!

i'm in portland, oregon, usa.

Sewing:

1. I really like the Amy Butler nappy bag, especially made with the fabric pictured on the pattern. Its perfect! (I dont have a baby, but I do like to carry a lot of crap!). Or a messenger bag I can use when I ride my bike.
2. A circle skirt or a similarly non-tight knee-ish length skirt. PM me for size/colors. There is at least one in my wists I need something to wear this summer, since I hate to wear shorts!
3. A belt. Id like something that can go with lots of different colors (maybe a neutral-y blue or green and white?) and I wear my jeans low on my hips, so PM me for measurements!
4. Pajama pants.
5. Some sort of summery shirt/tank top. There are a few in my wists that I would love! Somewhat relatedly, a cute cardigan or hoodie (could be reconned, embroidered, whatever) to wear when it gets chilly!
6. I'm copying Kristen81 and making a craftster quilt! Send me your quilt squares -- finished size 8" please. Smiley

Knit/crochet:

1. Amigurumi animal modeled after one of my pets (your pick of cats, dog, or chickens -- i already have a karl amigurumi!!)

Paper crafts:

1. Paper stars for me to hang in my room like these ones: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83862.0;topicseen

A DIY kit for any of the following:

1. screen-printing
2. kanzashi flowers
3. how to make my own cleaning suppllies (i'm looking for natural/non-toxic, cheap, and good-smelling)
4. pmc (I have no idea how this works, but I would love to learn!)
or surprise me with a cool DIY craft kit! I love learning how to make new things!

Other:

1. I love this crane necklace: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72997.msg686245;topicseen
2. Teeny little super guy glass: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86122.0
3. A stenciled/silkscreened shirt. Things Ive been into lately: birds, cherry blossoms, cats, trees, nature themes, foxes, chickens. PM me if you need more ideas/sizes.
4. Anything that has to do with any of my pets pictures available upon request Smiley
5. A prettified travel coffee mug for me to take to work in the mornings. My roommate borrowed my old one a few months ago, but it was pretty ugly anyway. Dishwasher safe please Smiley
6. A fabric cover with a snap for my day planner. It would need to be sort of sturdy and have a pocket for me to slip the back cover of the planner into so it would fit. PM me for details on this one, but I would love you forever if you could make this for me!
9. Anything from my wists or based on my wists!
10. A suprise!

Supplies:

1. Anything to help me organize all of my craft junk. This could be anything from a pretty jar to hold pencils/rulers/scissors to a decoupaged box to a nice big basket/tote for works in progress. Any organization would seriously help me!

2. Colorful roving for needle felting and felted beads! I just learned how to spin (with a drop spindle), so anything that could help with that would be wonderful! I make very, uh, interesting yarn so far. Cheesy

3. Fabric! I like all the hip new designers (Amy Butler, Michael Miller, Free Spirit), small cute flowers/plants, fruits and veggies, cute animals, 30s style prints... I could go on and on Smiley I try to remember to add things I like to my fabric wists, but I usually forget. Some felt would be nice too! Wink

4. I'm making a charm quilt with 4" squares of 30s style prints and would LOVE your small scraps to cut squares out of Smiley  PM me for pics of what sorts of fabrics I'm looking for.

About me: I'm a 19 year old working college student in Portland, Oregon. Im studying to become a social worker (I think). Right now I do vocational support for adults with developmental disabilities. I love nature and animals; I have 3 cats, a dog, a hamster, chickens, and some fish. I don't like super flashy things (neon, huge hawaiian flowers, lots of glitter, etc) and my favorite colors are green, red, and blue. I love vintage stuff -- some of my favorite fabrics are 30s style prints. I also like more modern patterns, like bold stripes and polka dots and there is a special place in my heart for super-cutesy cat prints.

Thank you to everyone who has already sent me wonderful handcrafted items in the mail, and thank YOU for reading my list! Smiley

Oh catpants, I'm going to have to pick you because I gobbled 4 happy hippos this afternoon on the way back from the supermarket and just clicked onto your wist and there they are - feels like fate Cheesy I'll send you a bunch of hippos (have you tried the new chocolate flavour ones too?) and something else - perhaps fabric for your quilt; will PM you for details.

My wishes (these are things I know I want at the mo but I also welcome surprises!):

-The boy's been having a rough time at work lately and I'd love something to cheer him up. He wears casual t shirts on his days off so one with a stencil or screenprint of Rocky or Mr T (his heroes!) Mens L to XL would be brilliant. It'd need to be a durable print that wouldn't crack or anything though as being a guy he's never heard of 'handwash' Roll Eyes

-Whilst I'm feeling generous to my loved ones and asking for things not for myself, it's my brother's birthday at the end of Aug and one of the gifts I want to give him is a scene from the Royal Tenenbaums (his fav movie) stretched over a canvas to hang on his wall (I have canvasses at home). So something like this stencil, crisp on a light coloured piece of fabric would be perfect for me to use: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=29701.0

-I'd love a top vaguely like: http://206.188.208.31/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=94 ($300?!) - made in vintage fabric like an old patterned bedsheet would be great; I want something with that shabby-chic look for when it's really hot this summer.

-A printed page swap journal with sections for me to write down everything about what I'm sending and space for post office receipts. With a pretty cover would be lovely but not essential. I must endevour to be more organized.

-I'm besotted with this crochet shawl by liebschien: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=16738731.120

-A pin brooch; inspired by any of the ones on my wist (some on there are pendants that I've used as examples of designs I'd like on a pin).

-Fabric with turkeys on (if such a thing exists) I love all things turkey!

-A painted box to keep my sewing thread in; the one irid3s3nt's foc swap partner made her's so cute: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=97824.120 If it had Jabba the Hutt on it I'd love it even more!

-Anything from my wist, I've mentioned a lot of the things on there already.

Hello! I'm 21 and live in England. I've recently made a little info page for swap partners which can be found here:  http://cardsonyourtable.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_cardsonyourtable_archive.html Please feel free to msg me too, I love getting PMs Smiley
