Okay everyone that is clamoring for Pictures... here you go...

My swap partner Omyluckystars03 is (quoted from her PM)... " Im trying to churn out a website from scratch for a research group here at the University...Needle ss to say Im dreaming about HTML and CSS everynight!"

So I'll post pictures for her so she may continue to focus on work.

My dear swap partner prefers her Apples and Mac, so I've created this fab fabric-covered box (japanese flower print) with felt appliqued Apple symbol

Inside were all sorts of crafty computer bits including; a bag of computer keys, computer wire, 2 woven computer cable bookmarks (or they could be turned into headbands that my partner likes so much), plus some ATC from local Boston-artists (since my swap partner is an aspiring graphic deisgner)

I did a wee bit of post stalking and noticed a penchant for all things GNOMES. So I prepared a set of 12 Gnome greeting cards. And two lovely hand-painted gnome vases (or plant pots, or votives)

here are the gnomes in their natural habitat.  The image I used was a variation of the Travelocity Roaming Gnome.

Enjoy-- I know my partner did.
Happy Crafting

Here is what I sent to hurricane_sc:

She listed a lot of music related stuff and my post-stalking suggested she liked both knitted things and purses, so the big thing was a felted music related purse.  If I was going to do it again, there are a few little things I'd change, but I'm happy with it:

The two smaller items were ment to be housewarming-type presents
She also mentioned that she really likes owls, so I embroidered owls onto some towels.  ha.  It had been a LONG time since I had done any embroidery, and I'm pleased with how it turned out:

Post-stalking also revealed that she really likes Wikipedia.  Every good home needs some Wikipedia coasters.  This was my very first decoupage project and the primary thing I learned was to clean my house, first - two cats and all hardwood floors meant I picked a lot of cat hair out of the glue.

This was a ton of fun and a good reason to do crafts besides knitting.  Yippee!
