I am starting to cry as I post this. Great job on the embroidery and i'm sure your boyfriend will heart it alot. The story is so tragic and it is basically how the tree-man relationship has always been. tear tear Cry

That's a beautiful shirt and The Giving Tree is a wonderful story. I always cried extra hard because when I was little I was convinced I was related to trees (my last name is Wood).
