I'd be interested in a Canadian swap -- but the thought of making something very flat doesnt' really excite me -- how about making it an express-post swap, and make something to fit in the smallest sized envelope?  The things are pre-payed, so you can buy your envelope at the post office, take it home and work at filling it, then just drop it in the mail.  Plus, there is free insurance and tracking numbers and all that good stuff.  And it travels fast!

I checked, too -- you're right, $10.49 to send nationally, $7.?? to send within your own region of the country.
