its a hand-stitch, not machine, you just bunch the fabric up and sew the gathers together with a needle and thread. very easy, very non-professional, but hey, im self taught, and it works, so who cares if its not the proper way, right? Smiley

ive marked where to gather and stitch on the dress with hearts, just above step 20. on your hips basically.

 Grin I'm getting ready to make a halloween costume from this dress. I can't wait, and as everyone else has stated the tutorial is awesome and very straight forward. I'll be making it into a red bull can costume, and I will definitly be posting pics.
