Might as well have been an XXL, in my opinion.

Anyway, so I found it in my (dad's) closet, brand new and awfully boring. Seeing as how it was the first night of summer break and I didn't have to get up for school the next day...

I didn't really intend to make something I could actually wear, but it turned out decently, I think. Beach coverup, I think.

Yeah and I have this phobia of sewing machines, so it's handsewn, so you'll have to excuse the messiness (of the top and the room, come to think of it).

Oh and it's not really as unflattering as it looks, I swear.

TUTORIAL.

I don't think it looks unflattering at all.  It looks great on you.  Very comfy.  Don't save it for just a beach coverup.  It's a pretty everyday shirt.
I've been looking for shirt ideas for this summer.  I just found out I'm pregnant and I'm at that beginning stage where I'm still not showing, but things are already starting to get tight.  This looks like it would fit for a few months and be very pretty.

Wow, that looks deadly, especially for being hand sewn. Im a beginner & would love a tutorial as I always have trouble in getting tops that fit-it would be very handy to be able to make something like this myself.

It's so neat, and amazing for being hand-sewn!
I'm jealous -- I'd wear it everywhere if I were you!
