I adore the teddy bear! I have an entire shelf of teddy bears in my craft room that watch me work.

That is an absolutly beautiful poncho...what pattern did you use?  And those earrings are beautiful, I love that shade of blue.  Great job!

This is from many pages back, but I forgot to answer Listener15... The poncho pattern is from: http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/patterns/beauty_in_bloom_poncho.php

It was posted on Craftster by the designer, Rachelofthree (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=86958.0).

It's worth noting that changed the flowers and the way they were attached quite a bit. (Actually, I made everything the way the pattern said, but after I started putting it all together I didn't like it and frogged about 10 hours of work and at least a whole ball of thread!) So, if anyone wants my pattern modifications before they try this, please feel free to ask. It's a great project and not too hard; it was my first time working with crochet thread for anything large.

Aw, shucks, thanks for the compliments on the bear!  It was my very first time making a teddy bear AND working with fur.  I was pretty pleased with her.  I immediately decided it was a "her" and found her the lovely ribbon.  I'm so glad that you liked everything, Homerof2.  Your replacement package will be on its way by Wednesday.  I hope whatever postal emplyee got your package is enjoying it! I received an incredible thank you package today from teapotdnky!  Once again, she has out done herself!  Cheesy

The package is a romance package for Mr. SonjaBoo and me!  Included are heart shaped bath fizzies, candles and candle holders, a polymer decorated tin containing romantic coupons, and some edible massage oil!  (I'm blushing... hehe! Roll Eyes)  Also included were two awesome necklaces that I totally love and some of teapotdnky's favorite candy!  So fun!!!   I love it all so much.

And because I know you all want some close ups of her polymer work, here are some extra pics:

Thank you so much teapotdnky!  You were an absolute joy to craft for!   Grin

Oh, I'm so glad you liked everything! You totally spoiled me and I felt like you should have something really special. I felt blessed that my hubby and I got a free honeymoon so you should have one too. I wanted to get a cheap gift card to a restaurant up there to give you some incentive to go out, but they were all wankers on the phone.  Roll Eyes

You are so sweet!  I'm sorry about the wankers!  lol

You are very easy to spoil!  There were so many other things I wanted to make for you -- but I ran out of time.   Undecided
