Once I get some swaps out of the way (I have about 4 right now), I'd love to do it!  I have so much random craft stuff I need to use up before college!

Ooooh, the ship date is late enough that I can do this, which would be great to make a bit more space in my sewing room.....

edited to make the final projects more of a surprise!

Not sure what you could use them for, but I love those appliques, ptarmic wumpus.  Especially the winged creature on the pocket near the top of the photo and the big scary looking creature (another frog?) at the bottom right.

I'll try to post a description of what I've got later, when I've got more time.

Oh, man, I want ALL this stuff! =)

I've actually been using a lot of my stash for swaps, I realize now, but what I do have is two giant red plastic totes full of acrylic yarn in every color except blue. Out of this I could make knitted or crocheted amigurumi, hats, scarves, armwarmers, legwarmers, shawls,lapghans,pillows...anything you can think of that is not an item of clothing like a sweater. I have skills but not patience. I can also do hairpin lace.

I also have some pink laceweight alpaca that I am NEVER going to use. I am not a lace knitter and I don't like pink. If anyone straight up wants it, they are welcome to it.

I have a bunch of clear vegan melt and pour soap, fragrances of grapefruit, Nag Champa and lavender, and little vinyl goldfish to put in the middle of the soap. I can't guarantee this will not make you break out in a rash. I did buy it from family businesses, but if you have very sensitive skin I wouldn't want to be responsible..I am not a real soapmaker. No one who has used it so far has had any problems.

I also have a lot of balsam pine needles. If you like the smell of a pine forest I can make sachets!

Oh, and a lot of beer caps. I made some magnets out of some which are good presents for guys!

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.

I have a question!
Would it be okay not to list the things I would be using in the signup PM because its VERY large. Would it be okay to post the list in here and give an example of what I could do with said material??
I thought it might be easier this way.
Thanks  Smiley

This is my massive list of things I could use and examples of what I could make for someone:

-Wire in various gauges and colors. I could make you a bracelet with beads like this (but no more blue beads, sorry). My post is in the middle of the page with purple wire http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24646.130

-Felt in lots of colors. I could do something like this, a mermaid or a woodland fairy version.Look for pinkangel1979 and my post http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=16739651.40

-Tissue paper in lots of colors. I could make you one of my bugs, with red/green/blue/yellow/clear or blacklight as butts and you can choose the wing and wire colors.

-Lightbulbs. As mentioned above or I can make you a vase like this.

-Vintage fabric squares made of funky patterns and solid colors, polyester. Not sure what I could do with them, they are 4X4in, but lately I have been painting on them and using for patches on purses or cutting them up into leaves, etc.

-Friendly plastic (Does ANYONE use this besides me anymore?) in lots of colors/patterns. I could make a bracelet, pin, earrings, bobby pins.

-Various wood shapes- could paint them, make an ornament or gift tag.

-Bird house gourds on the medium to large size- obviously make a birdhouse and paint it.

-Microscope slides in glass and plastic. Necklace pendant or pin. About halfway down the page-look at qazicat and my post
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=88155.0

-Flat glass marbles, Lg, small or oblong or heart. Can make magnets, necklace, ring, photoholder magnet.

-Small glass vials/bottles/tubes. Could make a bud vase or a hanging vase with the test tubes.

-Buttons, rickrack, ribbon. Jewelry or decorating something else.
-Shells
-Shrink plastic. The possibilities are endless.
-Small terra cotta flower pots-???
-Earring wires and pinbacks in gold or silver
-records- record bowl

Can you tell I really needed to join this swap?  Wink

I'm starting to think we might need a few partners each! With all this stuff, how can we even make a dent in our supplies without a few partners?

Oh, and ptarmic wumpus, those 4 inch squares sound like they'd make an awesome quilt!
