I have been watching your progress--fascinating!!  What type of paint did you use and does it come off with washing or rubbing? Or do you use inks?
I have been using acrylic paints I bought at wal-mart. For the black I took a marks-a-lot marker and let it soak into my sponge brush then dabbed it on. All the red you see is a sharpie marker that the pint has been cut so it is flat and jagged.
I just put her head back on her body by running a zip tie through the seam that was already there in her neck then cenching it up real tight.
I will keep you posted on the clothes (I am brain storming over them right now)
Thanks for taking an interest. My hubby thinks I should sell the dolls I make on e-bay  Huh

Well the one swap that I was organizing is wrapping up now so I want to bring this idea back up front again and see if we still have people interested.
If so I am thinking of starting sign ups soon and then assign partners towards the end of the month and have us send near the end of August.
Any takers? Smiley

Does anyone have any certain times that need to be worked into this swap?
