I made it up myself.  It is basicaly a double circle skirt made with squares instead and an elastic top with a tie behind her neck.  I found this cool elastic for the top,  It is a band that has 5 pieces of elastic thread woven in.  You sew it on and then pull the threads tight and you have instant shirred top!  No messing around with threading your bobbin by hand!
