so, i went into a real yarn store for the first time the other day, and in my excitement i bought 1 skein of katia bamboo yarn in a lime green color. i would of bought more- but since i am a teenager with minimal funds- i left with only 1 very small skein. anyways- i was wondering if anyone a) has used this yarn before, and/or b) an idea of something that i could make out of this yarn. any ideas are much appreciated!!

I've not used that brand before but I have used bamboo. I like it because it is soft it drapes nicely.

How about the Dream Swatch Head Wrap by Knit & Tonic. There are some pix of ones made by fellow craftsters here and here. Both of the craftster links have some tips and the first one has a link to an episode of Knitty Gritty that has a video.

Good luck.
