So I picked up this wood piece at Michael's.  It's a female symbol you would see at a bathroom door at a restraunt.  It was 99 cents, so I said what the heck, let's see what comes out.

Two months later, I take it out of my project basket and voila,  Ms. Whimsey was born.  She's painted with acrylic paint, decorated with markers, yarn and beads.  I wish I was free like her, not caring that her clothes don't match. She's not even aware she is not model-thin.  She hangs in my workroom and laughs at me when I get uptight about my artwork.  She's a real character!!

I love the hair and the expression on her face.  It just says it all "What are you worried about?"

She's so fun! It's always good to have a friend that reminds you to relax in the face of uptightness Smiley.
