Well, I was inspired by another thread on here that someone posted of their sparrow skirt..and thought it would look totally awesome on a "vintage" like A-line skirt...you know like something you would see June Cleaver wearing. So here is the first skirt I made....

Starting my fall line already!  I found this fabric at Wal-Mart for 1 dollar and when I went back to get some more it was all gone Cry! I added some blue piping were the waistband meets the skirt.  Blue and brown is now my fav color combo!

Here is another version I made using this ultra swanky material I found at Wal-Mart for 1 dollar! I had enough left over to make a matching wristlet. Cheesy

Now this one is my favorite. I appliqued on some material and then used embroidery floss in coordinating colors to make it really stand out. Next I added some hem lace all the way around the bottom. I haven't finished sewing the waistband on yet, but I plan on adding some piping.

I adore this one! The stretchy material makes it so soft and comfortable to wear! Added red ribbon along the bottom and a cute little red bow.

You know, art is the reason i get up in the morning, but my definition ends there, it doesn't seem fair that im living for something i can't even define, and there you are right there in the mean time.
