Okay, well, I'm making this skirt, but it's not quite done yet, so sorry!  I don't have pics of it.  But I will add them later.  Anyway, this is what the finished project looks like, except shorter:


Tutorial:



After that, hem the jeans so that no raw edges are showing in the finished product.  Then, sew the fabric and the jeans together, wrong sides together.  After that, hem the skirt and you're done!

(Sorry the pics aren't the best quality.  Undecided]

That looks like a good idea. I just made a skirt similar to it and have pics in another thread! I just used all my extra fabric instead of a big piece, and I sewed it all together so it was a bit ruffled.

On the bottom part I used a cotton fabric.  But you could probably use other types.  ^_^
