I patched my wheel up and spun a bunch of stuff to swap.  It was my first time using wilton dyes-I was happy with how intense the colors were but am worried about the lightfast-ness-anyone have any experience with this?

The goods:

only the orange was done with kool-aid

I think I'd had some laceweight I left in the sun for...  most of a year? The top layer was washed out, but underneath the color was still very vibrant.

Thanks Maryam-that's good to know.  Maybe I should start using jacquard dyes or something-I was thinking environmental friendliness-but those only use vinegar, too, so maybe they aren't so bad.

Thanks for the compliments everyone!
