For those of you who have never played secret santa, here's how it goes:  You are given the name of one person and for several weeks, you get them one SMALL or TINY item and also leave them a clue about who you are.  The last week, you give them a LARGE item and then they have to guess who you are, and if they guess right, then cool, and if not, well....you just tell them who you are.  Haha.  Anyone interested in a Secret Santa XMas in July Swap?  We wouldn't even have to swap Xmas items, just have the idea of Secret Santa, and we would all have to stalk each other's posts to try to figure out our clues as to who our Secret Santa is.  I have also played this before where every Friday (or whatever day), you just leave a clue for the person (obviously we would be mailing them w/o return addresses on the letters) and then the last week is the only time that you give the person a gift.

Okie Dokie, I'm game for this.  Only one problem I am a real newbie here and have no idea how all this works.  I read what you have, but how do I know who I get and the address, how do I give my address, etc?  How often do you send things, the "little items" is that "anything" to do with crafts?  So sign me up, Scottie (hee, hee), I need more power (crafts). Tongue

When you sign up for a craft swap, you wait until it is posted that sign ups have started, and then you PM the organizer with all of your information and then the organizer will pair up everyone.  The organizer then, when sign-ups are over, PMs you with the address of the person who you will be sending to.  We would have to decide how often to send small craft items or even just clues, depending on how many people are interested and how often people want to swap....maybe have send outs every friday for 3 or 4 weeks or something, with the last week being the large crafted item.
