I don't know if this will help anyone, but....

Instead of cardstock, I use poster board for the base of my stencil. It's a lot cheaper and you can get it in bulk. Plus, I think it's thicker than cardstock, and still easy to cut through. I hope this helps someone!

Oh yeah... and if you all could post some of your stenciling tips, that'd be great!

Um, using spray adhesive can prevent bleedage.
Make sure your blade is sharp or else your stencil will be crap.
Don't steal other people's stencil without permission. EVER.
Spraypaint works on clothes as well. I like spraypaint. Haha.
