Cool I just read a article i my family fun magazine and how to make these.....my question is if they warm up does it melt on off? I was thinking about m asking some but I really don't want furnature being ruined not to mention putting in the time to do them then have them in my garden and the next day they be plain rocks in a pile of wax

They are great looking..
We look for flat smooth rocks, it works best on black.
Put them in the oven, then color them with crayons.
I put them back in oven again , it give them a more tie dye look.
I scrapped the extra wax of the bottom and I put a coat of laquer on them to make them waterproof.
these have a magnet attach to sell as fridge magnets..

be careful cause they are hot ......

I just joined today and came across these marvelous rock magnets.  What a neat idea.  They will go great on one of my gift (greeting) cards.  So cool.
