I had the Idea the other day of taking some of my seitan/gluten mix stuffing them in little balls of dough. Well, I did it yesterday (another Trial & error, although with good results). The dough I had to work with was some cresent roll dough which was sticky enough & the "juice" of the seitan made it hard enough to work with (Some I was trying to make I had to eat). I did get 12 balls made, put them in the toaster oven for about 13-15 minutes. My mom actually like them.
