more specifically, what are the circles madeof and how can i make the circles& attach them to the skirt?

Ros made an excellent point..
  I am a very visual person..drawings or pictures always help me more than anything else...Aside from that when you are sewing, it is a very good idea to show specifically what your problem is...I am almost certain that a ton of suggestions will come after that... Cheesy
