I'm excited to see photos from everyone's many (mis)adventures! Bruce is still here in Minnesota, but he should be on his way back home in a couple of days... He picked up some pretty interesting souvenirs along the way... "This sure has been a weird trip," he told me yesterday.

I'm excited too!  I'm almost finished with Oxalis's scrapbook...wow, i took a lot of pictures!  Oxalis is one photographic turtle!

I'm taking Herbert around teh neighborhood tomorrow when I get home from work. I was looking at all the pictures I took, and I realized that he didn't get to see much of the area I live in.

My friend Jamie and I actually had a conversation about him on the phone tonight, LOL! I think she may just cry since he's gotta leave!

Salty's home!!  And what a trip he's had!  He arrived mid-move and we're having router trouble with our internet at home so this is just a teaser that I'm posting from work.  Here's Salty relaxing after his overseas voyage with his new, ahem... girlfriend that he met in China who followed him back home.  I have to admit, I sent him off to Andrea as a very rebellious teen sock monkey and every since he's come back he has been on his very best behaviour but I guess after MOVING HIS GIRLFRIEND IN!!!! he better be.

Salty had a fantastic time with Andrea who he will not stop talking about.  He even got to meet a veritable rock legend and play the drums (oh Andrea, he won't stop begging for his own now that he's had a taste).

Anyway, here's a picture of the tired monkeys hanging out at home.  I'll post some more pictures later of the wonderful scrapbook and of Salty's time in Xiamen!  I can't thank Andrea enough for being such a wonderful host for Salty!

The lollipop is currently in the fridge (it's a very hot day today). I hope to get to it before the boyfriend does, because he will then play innocent.

(Pardon the mess that is our living room. We got our sofa covers cleaned and have not quite got round to putting them back on.)

Erin, that hockey outfit was a stroke of genius, if I may say. I love it. Mel loves it. Neil the boyfriend (my boyfriend, not Mel's) loves it.

i'm pretty proud of the scrapbook. i don't scrapbook (at all), but i thought it was nice in its simplicity. and i filled 40 pages!! i didn't realize i had taken that many pictures!
