Colorful Raggedy Scrap Scarf! (IMG HEAVY)

This is a scarf I made a few months ago out of hundreds and hundreds of strips of scrap fabric. I just tied the strips together, making for a very raggedy look, and knit it entirely in garter stitch. This is one of the more gratifying (and mind-numbingly simple) things that I've knit. It has little bits of metallic fabric through it randomly to add some glitz.

Lately I seem to be most inspired by recycled projects...it's become a slight obsession. Now I need to find something to do to use up a good portion of my yarn stash. I have some good yarn that I'm just not interested in anymore. I was thinking about maybe having a little mini-swap with a few good people. Unloading some stuff we don't like anymore and getting some new stuff in return.
