Thank you so much.  I was so worried that my stuff wasn't going to be good enough because it was my first swap.  But now I feel so much better and had so much fun making it all!

The fabric is from Joann.

The black with white polka-dot ribbon has made appearances on may cards and goes great with all sorts of patterns.  It is one of my favorite ribbons right now!!

I received from floara yesterday. I discovered the box in the midst of a torrential downpour and flash flood sirens, but it was just fine if a little wet and muddy.

All the items together.  A fantastic and inspired peacock of paisleys on a pillow case on the left.  In the middle is a hand embroidered paisley on fabric for me to use as I wish.  On the right is a huge (this thing is over a yard square) of soft silk paisley scarf she found.  I wish I could express online how very soft this silk feels.

Okay, I can't stop looking at this embroiderey, so here is another shot:

Thank you much folara.  You do good work.

Edited because I left words out!

Wow such awesome stuff! Ye gads that embroidery is just perfect. *drool*

Oh and the swap notebook, how perfect!

I am concerned about not hearing from sugarducky but I'm working on it. I am shipping today & my partner Nutella will be sending soon once she gets back into town. Last I heard from Spangle she was shipping on Friday but I am following up to make sure she made it to the post.

Feddback should be updated for everyone who has shipping and their partner received already.

Thank you firehead4 for bringing up such a great swap idea. woo

==EDIT==
Sugarducky is alive and well and will be shipping shortly. Hurrah so far so good!

My partner has received, so here are shots of what I sent.

A melted bead bowl, inspired by the recent fad here on craftster.

A mini-tote-like purse.  I couldn't find fabric to match her tastes so I appliqued paisleys in the right shape and color onto fabric then embellished with stitching and fabric paint.

A pair of little notepads with paisley and normal papers.

A wallet with a snap for snugness.

Just because I'm fiendishly excited about my new button machine.

This has been a nice swap guys.

Absolutely beautiful applique bag!! That would have been enough but the other paisley items are  icing on the cake!!  I can't believe you got the beads to melt into a paisley shape!! How clever is that!!

Sarcasta, you did a great job on this swap!!!!

the colors on that wallet are great! and what a neat idea to applique the design you wanted when you couldn't find the fabric you wanted.

me too! I hope it's there today... darned DC hasn't updated, but yours nearly has! "arrival at unit" 4:07 this morning! (what kind of hours does your post office keep?!?)

These paisleys are so fantastic. My poor sweetie doesn't realize what he's in for. I've been resisting insisting (hee) on a paisley bedspread, but now... well, it's going to happen!
