I made the twinkle twinkle little star  blanket featured in this thread: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=93048.msg878837

This was a perfect blanket for my friend's baby because he has a star-themed baby room. I had the cream colored yarn in my stash, so I just found another color that looked good with it. This isn't a difficult project, pretty easy for even a beginner--after a few false starts. It's not perfect, but I think a few mistakes just give it more personality and I'm sure baby Will won't care. Smiley

Thanks all! And thanks jennickell for the pattern. Lots of people from my crochet class and knitting group love it too!

P.S. Gave it to mommy and baby Will yesterday and they love it! It totally matches his playpen/crib and I didn't even plan it that way. Smiley
