Nice, I don't think I can ever finish any of those larger pieces.

If anyone lives in NYC, there are tons of stores in chinatown (Elizabeth St & Canal St) or in Brooklyn chinatown (8th Ave & around 50-60th streets). They have tons of different sized origami papers in nice patterns as well as many kits for creatures/cartoon characters, star paper, turtle paper and more. If anyone's up to a personal swap, I can get you stuff. Everything's really cheap too, from 50 cents to $1 a package and ~$3-$10 a kit.

Those all look fantastic. I love the way you have the stars and turtles in jars in bunches too--keeps the dust off.

Wow! I am amazed. I recently just started doing oragami (very very beginner) and would love to know how to do that swan or the dragon! Do you have a book or where do you get your patterns?

I got them both as kits from a store called SunShine or something. It was an asian stationary/gift shop here in california. I dont know where you would be able to get them out by you. Here is a link I found that sells the swan kits in a whole bunch of colors and sizes.

The larger ones are easier since the paper is bigger, I would suggest the swans because the dragon was WAY more difficult to make.

OH HERE IS THE DRAGON!!!

And this is the turtle kit I have...

Holy crap this website rules....here is the main URL:
http://www.opane.com/index.html

Hope you all find it usefull. The folding technique is REALLY simple, its the assembly that can be preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'confusing...especially') because most of the instructions were Korean. I had to go by the pictures.

Your pieces are gorgeous! There are so few paper folders on craftster...it's always exciting to see paperfolding posts.

If any of you are looking for kits and live in the Orange County area...I can direct you to A LOT of stores.
