So ... I got sick of my plain t-shirts and not having any money to buy clothes, decided to alter one of them.

Started out with a plain grey xx large t-shirt and this is the end result:

I look kinda odd in this photo for 2 reasons:  I'm in allot of pain ... and I was leaning forward ...   Grin

Got one question though.  You probably can't tell from photo, but it's a bit big on shoulders, it tends to fall off my shoulders, how would I fix that?

Thanks!

Hugs,
Dee

Since I don't sew at all, I don't know how to fix it.  But I just wanted to say good job!

I love the material on the neckline, very cute.  Great job!  I also don't know how to fix the shoulder problem.  Sorry

very cute, but why are you in pain?

Could you maybe put some elastic in the neckline or even some lacing into a bow at the back?

Fibromyalgia, arthritis, deteriation of spine, just had surgery, and had a hell of a headache last night.

Gosh, that's about enough I think!  LOL ...

Hmmm??? elastic, .. I've never worked with it ... could give it a shot.

thanks,
dee

Ahh, Dee, it is so cute.  Well done.  You could run some elastic around the neck and kind of gather it, or a string or ribbon, or you could wear an undershirt, t shirt, muscles shirt whatever you call it underneath and let it fall off the shoulder.
