So. Christmas is fast approaching. And I'm crafting all my gifts. But, I'm having trouble coming up with some ideas for my fiance's two boys. So, I'll tell you a little bit about them to see if you can help me out!  Smiley

1. 12 year old boy (13 in January) who likes soccer, football, playstation/xbox, very athletic and very much into the whole myspace thing and the newest, latest gadgets. Also likes hip hop and the newest alternative & pop music. Loves comedians such as Frank Caliendo and Gabriel Iglesias. And the kid freakin' loves MTV. Crazy.

2. A 15 year old boy who is pretty much just like his brother in interests, although more self-aware and into girls. More interested in looking cool and making a statement with his clothes than his younger brother, but very similar interests. Maybe something to do with stenciling a t-shirt? What kind of things would be good to stencil for a 15 yo boy that'd he'd actually wear? He really likes hip hop fashion.

Well, that's all I need help with for now. Thank you for any and all ideas. Anything to get my brain going would be much appreciated since I want to make something that they would actually use!  Cheesy

I have an 11 and almost 18 YO boys and they are hard to craft for.  My youngest loves sports and is a jock in training. His favorite thing that I made for him was a camo stocking hat. He wanted to wear it everyday even in the summer time.  Both of my boys are also famous for coming up with "rude/obnoxious" sayings that they want to screenprint on t-shirts. some of them might get them kicked out of school, or at least a call to Mom.  So Maybe you could stencil something that is their saying. Or make up a mock myspace looking stencil for each of them with their myspace info for a shirt.

Good luck with your crafting. I am sure we would like to see what you come up with.

you can't go wrong with an ipod cozy.

myspace tshirt: "tom's my best friend" or his myspace url
gabriel iglesias tshirt: "i'm fluffy!", "i like cake", or "but it was funny, wasn't it?"

I make crafts and people. Also crafts for said people.

metalpunkmonster --  LOL, I should definitely do some Gabriel Iglesias tees for them. The youngest absolutely loves him and he would get such a kick out of it. He loves the "but it was funny, wasn't it?" quote. Too funny. Thanks for reminding me of some of his famous lines!  Cheesy Cheesy

with the weirdo pedos out in the webspace,i'd hold off on putting any personal info on a t-shirt. but there's plenty of funny general myspace things you can put on a shirt like stuff involving Tom or
"leave me a comment" thanks 4 the add" etc.

maybe you could also do soemthing MTV related, for the younger boy.I don't have any ideas though , i haven't  really watched MTV since back when it actually had 90%music videos.
