First of all I have to thank all of you for the inspiration I get here everyday. Some projects are really amazing.
So this is my second attempt in making a bag. The first one was a Jordi, now a more challenging one, a diaper bag. My sister-in-law just got a baby, so I though it was the perfect excuse to test my sewing skills.
This is the whole lot I gave to her:

A nappy bag, a matching changing pad and a stuffed monster created following a tutorial on craftster.
The bag has 4 interior pockets (2 for diapers) and one exterior for the cell phone.
Inside (bottle pocket and pocket with zipper)

Cell phone pocket

Pic of the changing pad:

Finally I have to say that she loved it and I was quite please with the result although it took me longer than expected (I finished it the night before I gave it to her Tongue).
So what do you think?

I can't believe this is your second bag. TALENT! My second bag looked like a 4 year old made it - blindfolded! Great job!

Thanks a lot for your nice comments  Cheesy. It keeps me motivated to try more things.
Mirmaid, I don't remember exactly how long it took me as I did it thru several nights 1 hour here and there. The sewing is not that long, it is the planning and cutting that it took me most of the time. And also depends which level of exigence you have. I'm very perfeccionist (is that the right word), so I spend a lot thinking the best way to do each part  Undecided.
