I too was having an absolutely beastly day, but these little ruby slippers just made my day! I can't thank you enough for posting!

I love them and now plan to knit some up pronto! Thank you so very much for sharing!

*squeals in an excited kinda way*
i was making "practice ones" (not in red) and have finished one in a bluey/green kinda colour. I cannot believe how small a baby is if they can fit into these booties *goes all gooey*

i just want to ask one final thing (then i promise to leave you alone Smiley )
when it says "add five stitches" that's not increasing is it? i had to kind of wing this part (i increased!)- i know it'll be striaghtforward... but is it like when you start off and need stitches to begin with? am i making any sense?
anyway - i'll post the one i've finished (i know i'm slow)

Knit, knit, knit, knit, knit, knit,
knit a lil scarf for me!

Your booties are the sweetest little things, and I love the way that you packaged them too.
I just sent you an email with a couple of questions about the pattern.
I hope that you get it ok.
There's a note at the bottom of the email that gives you my proper email address, if you reply.
Thanks for showing those adorable booties.
