Finished a pair of socks this weekend. Thanks to Murphy's Law, I went from a romantic weekend with hubby and no kids to taking the dog to Pet Smart as the "hot date" activity.  Rather than raid hubby's stash of Hershey's Kisses or his ice cream supply (so not fair that he can eat all that!), I decided to finish this project. The pattern is called "Hearts" (hard to see in this picture, but the design is hearts). The yarn is "Socks that Rock" from Blue Moon Fiber Arts in the color "Mustang Sally." This is the first pair I've done for ME!

It wasn't really.  No really crazy stitches except the slip, slip, slip knit which I kept skipping a slip at first.

Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea

Thanks!  I've actually lost 47 pounds since Jan 1, so I know the temptation!

The pattern is from the Jackie E-S Design Collection and the web site is www.heartstringfiberarts.com  I grabbed it from the clearance bin at Hobby Lobby, though.
